Which company is the logistics service provider of the 35rd China Sport Show?
答：上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司已荣幸地被主办单位指定为 2017 年5 月23日至 25日在国家会展中心（上海）举行的2017（第35届）中国国际体育用品博览会展品物流服务商。

What logistics service items can Sinotrans provide?
答：上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司将为各参展单位、参展商提供展品的运输（来程及回程运输）、仓储服务、包装服务、进出馆装卸货、展品开装箱、设备租赁、物流咨询服务等服务。
Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd can provide services like exhibit transportation (round trip), storage, package, cargo handling, unpack and pack, load and unload when enter/exit the hall, consultion and etc.

3. 布撤展期间如何接洽物流服务处及工作人员?
How to engage with the logistics service centre and its staffs during the booth set-up & dismantlement?
答：布撤展期间，上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司在每个展馆货运门外设有物流服务台，及负责本馆物流服务事宜的馆长1名；参展单位可就物流服务事宜与其接洽。
Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd service centre at the freight gate of each hall, and there will be a curator in each hall who takes charge of the logistics in his hall during the booth set-up & dismantlement, hence, exhibitors can engage with the logistics service directly.

4. 物流服务流程是怎样的？
What's the process of logistics service?
答：展商报馆后，货运车辆在发证点办理进馆车证，按管理顺序进馆，到达所在展馆货运门口；然后到物流服务台接洽物流馆长，报备物流需求，经物流工作人员测量检尺后，核定出物流费用，开具《东浩物流现场工作单》三联单，展商在财务收费处缴纳物流费用后，凭收据及工作单第三联，交由东浩物流馆长安排适合机力及人工卸货至展位。
After registration, exhibitor has to apply the logistics vehicle pass of cargo truck at the issuing counter and drive to freight gate in order. Exhibitor contacts logistics curator to confirm the logistics demands and expenses after cargoes being measured by staffs, and get the bill in three parts of Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site service. Exhibitor pays for the logistics fees and gives the bill with seal to Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd logistics curator in order to arrange machines and staffs to unload cargoes to the specified booth.

5. 展前咨询找谁？
Whom should I consult before the exhibition?
答：首先，您要把展品的货量信息详细填写在《物流服务项目委托书》里，传给上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司在展商手册中的国内展品相应联系人，上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司工作人员会在第一时间根据您报给上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司的货量信息和物流服务项目予以答复。
First, you have to fill the cargo volume in Authorization Letter of Logistics Service and send it to the relative contact person of Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd. The Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd staffs will reply you base on your cargo volume and logistics service you need as soon as possible.

6、布、撤展日内货车进馆路线是怎样规定的？
What is the route for cargo trucks entering the hall during the exhibition?
答：展商的运输车辆可沿崧泽大道行驶至青宏轮候区（P1停车场）进场做一次轮候蓄车，并领取“轮候号牌”。取得号牌的运输车辆可经龙联路-诸光路-崧泽大道后,由崧泽大道入口进入10号门，并凭“轮候号牌”进入北广场停车场。在北广场停车场做二次轮候蓄车时，展商可至展馆北厅二楼制证中心处办理《装卸区车辆通行证》和《装卸区车辆引导证》，然后听从现场指挥人员安排，凭证依次排队进馆至展馆装卸区域装卸货物。待运输车辆装卸货完毕离开展馆后，展商可凭《装卸区通行证》和《装卸区车辆引导证》及押金收据至制证中心处办理押金退还手续。

7、货车进馆车证如何办理？
How to conduct truck pass?
答：展商可至展馆北厅二楼制证中心处办理《装卸区车辆通行证》和《装卸区车辆引导证》本车证实行一车一证；每证需缴纳费用人民币50元，押金300元；

Please exhibitors to the exhibition center the north hall on the second floor the accreditation center“shipment unloading area vehicles pass” and “guide the vehicle license”
Please submit to management personnel's command. One pass for one vehicle, each pass costs 50 RMB and 300RMB for deposit.

8、布、撤展日内货车几点能够进入展馆？

答：提前到达展馆的货运车辆需在青宏轮候区（P1停车场）进场做一次轮候蓄车，并领取“轮候号牌”。取得号牌的运输车辆可经龙联路-诸光路-崧泽大道后,由崧泽大道入口进入10号门，并凭“轮候号牌”进入北广场停车场。在北广场停车场做二次轮候蓄车时，展商可至展馆北厅二楼制证中心处办理《装卸区车辆通行证》和《装卸区车辆引导证》，然后听从现场指挥人员安排，凭证依次排队进馆至展馆装卸区域装卸货物。

9、 提前到货有人接收吗？

答：有，体博会指定物流东浩物流将提供周到、全面的物流服务。您在当地找物流公司发货到上海东浩外服国际物流有限公司指定仓库收货，并在布展期间（待展商到后）把货运到展位，布展期间您可以在早9点至晚5点到东浩物流现场物流服务台办理货物领取手续。
Yes, there is. The Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd , the Sport Show specified logistics provider, will provide considerate and comprehensive logistics service. The Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd is the receiving agent for your cargoes. The cargoes will be kept in the Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd specified warehouse, and transited to your booth in move-in time. You can transact the cargoes receiving at the Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counter at time 9am – 5pm.

11．展品需要机力设备（叉车、吊车）装、卸车需怎么报备及操作？
How to inform the mechanical equipments and lift trucks?
答：如果展品在装、卸车环节需要特殊机力或特殊操作，需在展前与中邮物流工作人员提前报备，展商手册中有东浩物流工作人员联系方式。如现场临时需要卸车，可直接到东浩物流在卸货区中的现场物流服务台办理装、卸车手续。
If mechanical equipments or operation for exhibits loading and unloading will be in need, exhibitor has to inform the Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd staffs in advance. Please find the contact in the exhibitor manual. If the unloading is in need on-site temporarily, exhibitor can go to Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counter in loading area to transact the procedure.

12．手推车如何租赁？
How to rent trolley？
答：您可以在展览馆的东浩物流现场物流服务台办理手推车的租赁业务。
Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counter provides the trolley leasing transaction.

13．布展结束后空包装箱如何存放？
How to deal with the empty packing-case after move-in?
答：东浩物流提供空箱仓储服务，手续在东浩物流现场物流服务台办理即可。东浩物流会把所有仓储的空箱统一存放在存放区内，并用雨布封盖。
Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd provides empty packing-case storage service. Exhibitor can transact the procedure at Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counter. All the cases will be kept in storage with waterproof cover.

14．开展期间如有物流方面困难联系谁？
Whom should I contact when I have some problem about logistics during the exhibition?
答：开展期间，有任何关于物流方面的事情都可以到各展馆物流服务台寻找东浩物流现场服务人员进行咨询。
During the exhibition you may consult all the problems about logistics with Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service staff at Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counters.
15.物流服务如何收费？
How much dose the logistics service cost?
答：请详细查阅《参展手册》P 页，东浩物流将按照实际发生的物流服务项目严格按公布费率收费。或与东浩物流客服人员联系咨询报价。

16.缴费方式有哪些？
Payment methods
答：我们将在现场以人民币现金形式收取物流服务费用，同时也可银行转账；布撤展期间，各展馆物流服务台寻找东浩物流现场服务人员进行咨询。
You can make the payment with RMB cash, common kinds of bank transfer. Both Area A and Area B have on-site cashiers.

17．运输相关发票如何换取？
How to get the invoice of transportation?
答：请您携带东浩物流现场操作人员给您开具的<现场工作单>客户联及收据联，及开票资料（营业执照复印件、税务登记证复印件、一般纳税人认定书、开票信息）到物流收费处，换取正规机打发票。
Please go to the Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service counters. 18．撤馆日怎么领取空箱？
How to get the packing cases on move-out day?
答：待展馆内断电后，展商可凭《东浩物流现场工作单》的第三联客户联》及收据或者发票领取空箱,可提前告知领取时间。
After the electricity outage, exhibitor can get the cases with the third customer bill of Shanghai EB&SFSC International Logistics co., Ltd on-site logistics service bills. The specific time shall be told to staffs in advance.

19．撤展时怎么回运货物？
How to return cargoes?
答：开展期间东浩物流在服务台设有回运货服务台，开展期间可直接到此处咨询。撤展当日东浩物流在每个货运门的现场物流服务台都有回运部门人员现场办公，现场报价。
The China Post Logistics will set up Cargoes Return Service Counters between the Eastern Area and the Western Area for consulting during the exhibition. And the backhaul department staffs of the China Post Logistics will work at the service counter and quote price.
