1、请问2017体博会举办时间、地点？

When and where will the China Sport Show 2017held?

答：举办地点：上海﹒国家会展中心（地址：上海市崧泽大道335号）

展会时间：2017年5月23日-25日

2、主承办单位是谁？

答：主办单位：中国体育用品业联合会

3、本届体博会共使用几个展馆，规模有多大？

How many halls will the sport show occupy? How much is the coverage area?

答：2017体博会使用国家会展中心（上海）7个展馆；展览面积共计18万平米。

China Sport Show 2017 will use 7 exhibition halls of National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai). Exhibition area will reach 180,000 square meters.

4、展馆是否有分展区？如何分布？

How will exhibition areasbe distributed?

答：是的，有分展区，请参见示意图

5、各大展区的主要展品？各馆的大品牌都有什么?

What are main exhibits and mega brands in each exhibition hall?

6、展商报到时间及如何报到？

When and how will the exhibitors register?

答：1）2017体博会将取消现场报到，展商证件将于5月10日前快递到参展企业

There will be no exhibitor check-in procedure this year. All the exhibitor badges will be delivered by express by 10th April.

2）参展商持参展商证件可以直接进馆布展

Exhibitors have to take exhibitor badgeswhen enter the hall to decorate booth.

7、我是参展商，能领到多少证件，如果不够如何补领，费用是多少？

How many  badges for each booth?  How to re-issuance due to the insufficient? How much will each badge cost?

答：主办单位将根据展位面积核定并免费为参展商提供参展商证。

Organizer will offer exhibitor badges  to exhibitors for free based on the booth area  

参展企业如需额外增补参展商证，请在登录厅直接购买。参展商证：50元/个。

Extra exhibitor badges will charge for 50 Yuan each.

8、请问在展区内，组委会是否负责展商物品的安全?

Will the organizer be responsible for exhibitors’ items in exhibition area?  

答：因参展和参观人员很多，故请展商负责保管好展区内自己的所有物品, 在无人看管的情况下，贵重物品请勿留置展位。如有丢失, 组委会不承担任何责任。

Organizers are not responsible for the loss due to the heavy pedestrian flow during exhibition. Hence, exhibitors have to take care of the belongings; do not leave valuables on your booth alone.

9、展品进出展馆，需要办理相关证明吗?办理出门条的时间，地点？

Will there any certification be requested while the items move in and out? Where and when will the move-out pass release?

答：展商将展品带进展区时不需证明，但是将展品带出展区时，必须前往展商服务处领取“出门条”，并填写好运出展品的名称、数量等，在出口处将出门条交给保安，核对无误后方可带出展区。出门条的办理时间是2017年5月25日下午13:00在各馆服务台办理。

Certification won’t be requested for items moving in, but for moving out. Exhibitors have to go to apply the move-out pass from Exhibitor Service Counter, fill the name and quantity of items on the move-out pass and show to the security at the exit to confirm the items information. Time for applying move-out pass is at 1:00 pm, MAY 25^th2017.

10、展馆内是否有免费上网区？

Is there any free internet access available in the hall?

答：开通国内电信运营商（中国移动、中国电信、中国联通）或可在中国漫游的国外运营商手机服务的用户，均可通过手机获取验证码，使用免费WiFi。进入国家会展中心（上海）后，打开手机WiFi，搜索连接WiFi信号NECC-FREE。

Yes. Pls search wifi name"NECC-FREE". Users of domestic telecomservice operators (CMCC, China Telecom, China Unicom) or users of overseas  telecom service operators with roaming services can access to free wifi after logging in with verification code.

11、本届展会有物品寄存处吗？

Is there any cloak rooms?

答：有。在8米层西厅、南厅。 

存包时间：9:00-17:00，当天下午 17:00前请务必将当日存放物品取走，存放物品恕不提供过夜保管服务。

Yes. Cloak rooms are located at West hall and South Hall on FL1.Service time is 9:00-17:00. Pls collect all your belongings before 17:00. Organizer or the venue management company is not responsible for any lost or damage caused by overtime or overnight storage.

12、服务台可以寄存东西吗？

Will service centre provide deposit service?

答：不能，统一在物品寄存处寄存，存包处位置：西厅、南厅。

No. Cloak rooms provide storage services. Pls see Question 11 for details.

13、商标侵权、知识产权问题，找谁投诉？

Who will solve the complaints of trademark infringement and intellectual property problems?

答：展会现场设有知识产权办公室，如遇商标侵权、知识产权问题，可去咨询.

Pls go to Intellectual Property Right Office for consultation or complaint.

14、如何到达展馆？

How to arrive at the Exhibition Center?

答：出租车

　　1、高架道路：延安高架、南部外环高速方向，嘉闵高架-建虹高架-盈港东路-诸光路(国家会展中心西门);北翟高架、北部外环高速方向，嘉闵高架-崧泽高架-蟠龙路下匝道-龙联路-诸光路(国家会展中心西门)。

2、地面道路：北翟路/天山西路/仙霞西路方向，申长路或华翔路-崧泽大道-诸光路(国家会展中心西门);延安路方向，延安西路-沪青平公路-诸光路(国家会展中心西门)。出租车由诸光路西入口经20号门到达北厅外专用车道边下客，空载出租经由18号门进入场馆指定区域蓄车。

公交线路

1、 865路：可驳接地铁上海动物园、漕河泾开发区、锦江乐园站;

2、 706路：可驳接地铁九亭站;3、776路：可驳接地铁紫藤路、中山公园站。

自驾车

1、 从上海市区：

(1)延安高架、南部外环高速方向，嘉闵高架-建虹高架-盈港东路-2号停车场(盈港东路北侧靠近诸光路)，或盈港东路-诸光路-崧泽大道(国家会展中心北门)-北展场指定位置停车;

(2)北翟高架、北部外环高速方向，嘉闵高架-崧泽高架-蟠龙路下匝道右转-1号停车场(崧泽大道北侧蟠东路西侧)-龙联路-诸光路-崧泽大道(国家会展中心北门)-北展场指定位置停车。

2、从长三角：杭州、宁波、苏州方向客流可分别G60、G2等高速汇集至G15沈海高速-崧泽大道下匝道-崧泽大道(国家会展中心北门)-北展场指定位置停车，或崧泽大道-诸光路-盈港东路-2号停车场(盈港东路北侧靠近诸光路)。

16、请问商务中心在什么位置以及有哪些服务项目？

Where is the business center? What services can it provide?

答：固定商务中心位于西厅、南厅8米层以及北厅0米层后门处。

临时商务中心位于4.1、5.1、6.1、6.2、8.1号馆4号门处。

Fixed business center is located at West Hall and South Hall on FL0, and also North Hall on FL1.

Temporary business center is located at the No.4 Entrance of Hall 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 8.1.of  FL1.

17、最近的餐厅、超市、银行在哪里？

Where is the nearest supermarket?

答：会展中心商业广场位于展馆中间位置，集购物、餐饮、展示、娱乐休闲为一体。

Commercial Plaza is located at the center of the exhibition center. Here are some catering and leisure brands, services facilities and boutiques we have.

18、请问现场服务处的位置及有哪些服务项目?

What service items does the on-site service centre provide?

答：现场服务处（主场公司与展馆联合办公）位于——5.1、5.2、6.2、7.1、7.2、8.1、8.2号馆

服务项日：车证办理、加班办理、物品租赁、水电气申请、鲜花租赁

The on-site service centre is located in Hall5.1、5.2、6.2、7.1、7.2、8.1、8.2.

Service items: Vehicle pass transaction, Extra work time transaction, furniture leasing, water, electricity and air compressor application, and plants leasing.

19、请问展馆医务室在哪?

Where is the infirmary?

答：医务室在4.2号馆4号门对面。

Infirmary is located at Gate 4 of Hall 4.2.

20、警务办公室在什么位置?

Where is the police office?

答：警务室在3号馆15号门2楼。

Police office is located at Floor 2 of Hall 3, around Gate 15.

21、我的私家小客车如何进场，是否需要车证?

Which route available for the private autos to get in the exhibition center? Do I need a vehicle pass?

答：私家车从北面过来可以走10号门进入会展中心，从南面过来可以走18号、21号门进入会展中心。

Private cars can get in from Gate 10 at the north side or Gate 18、21 at the south side of exhibition center.

22、展会会刊到哪里领(购买)？

Where can I buy the exhibition catalogue?

答：可以直接到咨询台会刊售卖处购买。

请问标准展位都有什么配置？

What's the allocation of the standard booth？

答：3*3标摊配置：两把折椅，一个询问桌，一个垃圾桶，一个插座，两个射灯，地毯以及楣板。根据展位面积递增。

A:Each 3’x3’ standard booth comes with  2 chairs, 1 reception table, 1 power socket, 2 spot lamps, 1 waste-basket and booth carpet. The number of allocation increases up to the area.

请问主场搭建商东方美景公司服务处在哪？

Where is the service centre of official contractor Oriental Magic’s set up?

答：布展及开展期：在各馆现场服务台

A: At the on-site service centre in each hall during the booth constructing and the show opening.

请问水、电、气、施工管理费的发票在哪领取?

Where can I get the invoices of water, electricity, air compressor and construction management?

答:请到主场搭建商东方美景服务台领取。

A: Pick up the invoices from the Oriental Magic Service Centre.

怎样租家具？

How can I rent furniture?

答：确认是标准展位还特装展位。特装一般不提供家具租赁。

标准展位要求租赁家具请就近到主场搭建商东方美景服务台办理。

A: Confirm your booth is standard or special one. There's no furniture rental service for special booths.

The exhibitor of standard booth who needs more furniture please go to Oriental Magic Service Centre to apply.

请问我的标摊家具什么时候能够派发到位？

When will the furniture be sent to my standard booth?

答：标摊家具一般是在展会开幕前一天下午派发到位，以防丢失，现场临时增加的一般需要2个小时左右可以派送到展商展位上。

A: The furniture for standard booth will be sent on the previous afternoon of the exhibition opening to avoid loss. If you apply for furniture on-site leasing, the furniture will be sent to your booth around 2 hour.

请问XXX展位在展馆的什么位置？

Where is XXX's Booth?

答：了解各平面图及方向，在平面图上指出展位位置。

A: Please check the booth position on the plan.

出门条在哪开？

Where can I get the move-out pass?

答：展商出展品、搭建商出搭建材料到各馆主场搭建商东方美景服务台开出门条。

A: Exhibitors and constructors apply the pass for exhibits and construction materials moving out at the Oriental Magic Service Centre.

请问特装展位限高是多少？是否可以搭建二层结构？

What is the special booth height limit? Whether can build two-storied structure?

答：全部特装展位限高为4米。不允许搭建二层结构。标准展位改特装的要求一样。

A: All the special booth height limited is 4 meters and not allowed build two-storied structure, same regulation for standard booth which wants to be change to special booth.

请问特装展位的保险是如何要求的？

What is the insurance requirement for special booth?

答：特装展位的搭建商必须给展位购买保险。保险内容为：展台相关公众责任险和施工人员险，对任何单个赔偿的保额不得低于30万元, 累计赔偿的总保额不得低于400万元。搭建公司自行找保险公司购买即可，无指定。

A: The special booth contractors must buy the insurance for each booth. The insurance content include: Booth related public liability insurance and Construction personnel insurance. Any individual compensation amount shall not be less than 300 thousand yuan,the total amount of the total compensation shall not be less than 4 million yuan.Contractors can ask the insurance company to buy, there is no appointed company.

10、请问特装展位灭火器是如何要求的？

What is thefire extinguisher  requirement for special booth?

答：灭火器必须具有检测合格标志，每50平方米配置4具，每15平方米配置1具计算。靠近墙体馆间连接处展台每50平米需增加灭火器1具。

A: The fire extinguisher must have inspection mark, each 50 square metres needs 4 fire extinguishers,each 15square metres needs 1fire extinguisher.The booth which near the connection between the hall to hall’s walls needs add 1 more fire extinguisher for each 50 square metres.

请问施工证件和车证如何办理？

How to get the worker’s construction card and cars passing card?  

答：施工证办理：请先到展馆制证中心进行实名认证，之后凭主场公司出具的办证许可，和施工人员身份证，到制证中心办理。车证办理：凭主场公司出具的办证许可，到制证中心办理。

A: For worker’s card: Firstly please go to the exhibition hall accreditation center for real name authentication, then take the certificate permits which from official contractor and the worker’s ID to exhibition hall accreditation center to get.

For cars passing card:Take the certificate permits which from officialcontractorto the exhibition hall accreditation center to get.

请问能不能在现场给木结构刷漆？

Whether can painting the wood structure on-site?

答：不能。使用木质材料应该在馆外事先刷防火涂料或加贴防火板后方可进馆。展会布展及展出期间，严禁在展馆内对展品和展览材料进行刷漆、喷漆等工作。

A: The wood materials should bepainted the fire resistant coating or fire-proof plate before entering the exhibition hall. It is not allowed to painting the display or othermaterials inside the hall.

请问施工加班如何办理？最后一天(即5月22日)搭建到几点?

How to declare extra construction hours？What is time of construction finished on last day (May 22^nd)?

答：加班须在当日15:00前到主场公司现场服务处申报，过时各费用将上涨50%。加班只接受一次性申请。布展最后一天搭建到下午20点。

A: The contractors must go to the official contractor service centre on-site to declare the extra construction hours before 15:00 pm every day, the price will be rise 50% if outdate, only accept a one-time application.The last day (May 22nd)of construction till 20:00pm.

请问特装申报截止日期是哪天？

What is the deadline for special booth application?

答：截止日为2017年4月21日。

A: The deadline for special booth application is April 21, 2017.

请问搭建期间电箱如何要求，何时送电？

What is the electric box requirement for special booth? When the electricity comes to booth?

答：要求搭建公司必须自带电箱，接入展馆提供的接电电箱，自带电箱必须使用漏电保护器的开关。接好后到现场服务台找电工，电工检查合格后方可送电。申报施工用电的搭建第一天开始送电。没有申报施工电的，搭建最后一天下午送电。

A: The contractors have to take their own electric box and connect to exhibition’s electric box. The electric box must use the leakage protector switch, and after the electrician check can use the electricity.The booth which declared construction electricity can use on first day, if not, the electricity comes on last day afternoon.
